• Routine Performance: Demonstrate your chosen routine(s) precisely according to IHQF guidelines, including a 6-minute movement sequence synchronised with prescribed music.
• Technical Evaluation: Be assessed on key aspects like origins, characteristics, methods, and effects of standard and advanced routines such as Liu Zi Jue, Ba Duan Jin, Yi Jin Jing, Wu Qin Xi, and more.
• Presentation Component: Deliver a short presentation aligned with IHQF requirements.
• Clear Feedback: Receive detailed feedback to help you improve if needed.
